|Recommended: YesMaintenance Staff — I would really thank Donjaye, Modera Sedici maintenance staff. Donjaye always goes above and beyond to help me when things goes wrong with my apartment. He is courteous and kind when we meet in the building. He is great communicator, and accommodates my schedule as I work from home daily. I really appreciate Donjaye help and support, he definitely makes me feel welcome in this community.

|Recommended: YesSadly, I will not be moving to Modera Sedici. Unforeseen circumstances have meant I will relocate elsewhere. It’s regrettable as the residence is distinguished, the apartments polished, and the location is ideal for NW DC. But the biggest shame is not benefiting from the assistance of Ashley. Ashley went out of her way to accommodate my queries when I made an impromptu visit earlier this month. Subsequently, she provided a wealth of helpful follow-up information and performed a masterly and detailed tour upon my return to the residence later in the week. In short, she went above and beyond to provide a first-rate service a service I’m confident will continue to win over every leasing enquirer to follow

|Recommended: YesMaintenance Elevators next to Mozart Place -URGENT — Hi Quick message to alert on the need for maintenance of elevators next to Mozart Place -Today, 28 Feb. One of the two elevators is not working.
Thanks for your timely attention to solve this maintenance issue
Also, one of the cristal doors on Mozart Place seems to be always open -if you are outside, you can open left door without using key log Is this normal safe On Sunday 27 Feb we found someone who is not a resident, and was not visiting a resident. Really strange

He has been quick, knowledgeable, and always courteous of our time. I don't know how he's done this by himself so far He deserves all the appreciation, and probably a vacation too. |Recommended: YesGreat apartment — It's been great living in Modera Sedici the past couple years. The apartment itself is very nice, but the staff are what makes it a truly lovely place to live. Everyone at the front desk is very kind and I want to give a special shoutout to Jerome from the maintenance team. Every once in a while when we need some maintenance assistance, Jerome comes to help and resolves the issue the very next day. We really appreciate the speed and quality. I'd high recommend living here

There has never been an issue that went unfixed. They even came in on the weekend for an urgent issue. The level of professionalism, urgency, and friendliness is unmatched. |Recommended: YesNot bad at all — The only thing I can think of is the loading dock is gross... but its also a loading dock. Otherwise this is the best apartment I think I have had before. Very professional team and super helpful
