|Recommended: YesNot bad at all — The only thing I can think of is the loading dock is gross... but its also a loading dock. Otherwise this is the best apartment I think I have had before. Very professional team and super helpful

|Recommended: YesJerome is the best — Jerome fixed our Nest and our washing machine in no time. He was so friendly and helpful and looked at the washing machine even though he was only there for the Nest. In a short time, he made our apartment that much homier. Thank you, Jerome

|Recommended: YesExceptional property in so many ways — Modera Sedici is a beautifully appointed building, which you can see for yourself with a property tour. Life here raises the bar on what rental living should be. As a person who has lived in 3 custom homes in my life, I have to say that the amenities and appliances meet my high standards. People in the building are very friendly but also considerate of privacy. I'm glad that the building is pet friendly, too. The location is convenient and very walkable, with nice restaurants and 3 grocery stores in walking distance. Proximity to the Meridian Park is another benefit to living here-- just one block away

|Recommended: YesCity Living — If you are used to city living it’s great The neighbors and staff are super friendly and it feels like a community. The building is conveniently located in the city but there is another building being constructed next door that will take approximately 2 years.The rent is very high and one has to pay for parking which is not disclosed upfront and adds a significant amount to the monthly rent.

|Recommended: YesClean, safe, but silly issues — Overall a great place to live, just a few non-deal breaker issues like small trash chutes and mandatory paid trash pickup because of that-- 20 a month Otherwise very clean, safe, and friendly place with monthly activities like a free yoga class to residents. Gym is really nice and well-kept.

|Recommended: YesGreat new property. Noise is not great. — The property is gorgeous and the amenities are great. It is an expensive place to live and the walls don't block the noise that well. Also, construction in the mornings has been awful the past few weeks with the drilling jackhammering taking place next door and literally shaking the foundation of our building.

|Recommended: YesProperty is unique and beautiful — The historic value of the property cannot be overstated as can the renovations done with such a building. The amenities appear top-notch and the rate favorable for such a neighborhood. Property staff are beyond helpful in answering all questions and laying out the scope of the building.
